Learning World recognised as a 'Gold Standard' Investor in People

Nottingham based construction and logistics training provider, Learning World, is proud to announce its achievement of the ‘Gold Standard’ Investors in People (IiP) Award.
Investors in People is a framework of good practice that recognises an organisations commitment to its employees through business improvement. Learning World was required to demonstrate the business’ commitment to staff training and development by being assessed against nearly forty evidence measures. The independent assessor was so impressed with Learning Worlds systems and team orientated approach that they had no hesitation in awarding Learning World the prestigious IiP Gold Standard.
Over 30 staff from across the organisation were interviewed by the Investors in People assessor, including directors, line managers, administration and operational staff at all Learning World and HB Training locations across the UK.
Learning World’s Chief Executive Officer, Helen Smith comments:
